Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-3009 Ness County Election Office will conduct the post election audit for the 2024 Primary Election, on Friday, August 9, 202, beginning at 9 a.m. The audit will take place in the Ness County Commissioner Chambers located at the Ness County Courthouse, 202 W. Sycamore Ness City, KS 67560.

Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-4411 and 25-4610;There will be a public test of voting equipment August 2 and August 16th of 2024, in the County Election Office located in the County Clerk Office beginning at 2 p.m.

In compliance with the provisions of K.S.A. 25-3104, notice is hereby given that the official Canvass of the 2024 Primary Election for Ness County will be Wednesday, August 14, 2024. The canvass will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Room, Ness County Courthouse, 202 W. Sycamore, Ness City, Kansas.
